The Consortium will establish an Evaluation Committee, made up of five members, one for each partner institution. Each member will evaluate each application firstly by themselves, through the MathMods online database, and then during one meeting (at least) along with all the other members of the Committee.

Evaluation Procedure

The Evaluation Committee will meet three times:

  • From 1 February 2013 they will evaluate the applications submitted by 31 January 2013 (Category A). A preliminary list (Category A selection list) will be drawn up by the end of February 2013. Selected students will receive notification in order to let them apply for visas. Students will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 5 days from notification.
  • From 16 February 2013 they will evaluate the applications submitted by 15 February 2013 (Category B). Another list (Category B selection list) will be drawn up by the end of February 2013. Selected students will receive notification and will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 5 days from notification.
  • On 16 August 2013 the Evaluation Committee will examine the (pre)enrolled students again only to remove from the list the students who did not certify the accomplishment of their Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in time.

Selection lists will be published here
