The Consortium will establish an Evaluation Committee, made up of five members, one for each partner institution. Each member will evaluate each application firstly by themselves, through the MathMods online database, and then during one meeting (at least) along with all the other members of the Committee.

The Evaluation Committee will meet three times at least:

  • From 23 January 2017 the committee will evaluate the applications submitted by 22 January 2017. Two seperate preliminary lists (Partner-Country and Programme-Country selection lists) will be drawn up by the end of February 2017. Selected students will receive notification in order to let them apply for visas. Students will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 5 days from notification.
  • From 16 May 2017 they will evaluate the applications without elgibility for an EM scholarship submitted from 23 January to 15 May 2017. Selected students will receive notification via email and will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 5 days after notification.
