The Consortium will establish an Evaluation Committee, made up of five members, one for each partner institution. Each member will evaluate each application first by themselves, through the online database of the Consortium, and then during one meeting (at least) with all the other members of the Committee.

Evaluation Procedure

Evaluation will be done disregarding the choices of the applicants concerning scholarships. The evaluation will only concern the mandatory documents students had to submit (see pages Requirements and Deadlines).

The Evaluation Committee will meet three times:

• From 2 January 2010 they will evaluate the applications submitted by 31 December 2009. A preliminary list (LIST A) will be drawn up by the end of February 2010. Selected students will receive notification in order to let them apply for visas. Students will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 15 days from notification.

• From 16 May to 31 May 2010 the Committee will evaluate the applications submitted from 11 January 2010 to 15 May 2010. A second list will be drawn up (LIST B) and it will be joined to the first one  (LIST A) according to the assigned score. A third list (LIST C) will be generated. Selected students will receive notification in order to let them apply for visas. They will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 15 days from notification.
• On 16 August 2010 the Evaluation Committee will examine the (pre)enrolled students again only to remove from the lists the students who did not certify their recognized Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).

Scholarships Assignement Procedure

Scholarships will be assigned as follows, according to the lists drawn up by the Evaluation Committee.

• Category A and Western Balkans and Turkey Window Erasmus Mundus Scholarships will be assigned according to LIST A, drawn up as evaluation of the applications submitted by 31 December 2009.

• Category B Erasmus Mundus Scholarships will be assigned according to LIST B, drawn up as evaluation of the applications submitted from 11 January to 15 May 2010.
