The Department of Pure and Applied Mathematics of the University of L'Aquila is pleased to announce that the IP 2009 will be held from September 7 to 19, 2009 at Hotel Sporting in Alba Adriatica (Italy).
The decision to hold the IP in a different place from L'Aquila has been made because in September the city and the university will still be under repair. The new location - which is at about 100 km from L'Aquila - is one of the best seaside resorts of the Abruzzi region. Because of the high quality standard of its beaches, Alba Adriatica has been nicknamed Spiaggia d'argento (Silver Beach).
The general planning of activities will not undergo any substantial changes. Click here to see the list of speakers (all confirmed!).
Applications have been re-opened. The deadline is June 30, 2009. Students who had applied before the earthquake are kindly asked to log in again and either confirm or withdraw their application.
