In the download section (Resources > Downloads > Applications > Selection Lists) you can view and download the selection list for the 2013/2015 Erasmus Mundus Scholarships: Category A and Category B.

Selection list 2013
Date 2013-02-28 - File size 86.51 KB

Selected students (main list) are going to receive an email with detailed instructions on what to do to confirm their position.

If your ID number is not in the list, it means that you are in the non-selected list. This doesn't necessarily mean that your application was not good enough (we have received almost 800 applications), but that it was given a ranking lower than the one given to other applicants before you in the list. In actual fact, the European Agency only allows us to have a relatively limited number of eligible students in the reserve list, mainly because of the fact that the number of scholarships is quite limited and it would be no use to have such a long waiting list.

What if I don't have my ID number?

Your ID no. can be found:

  • in your online profile
  • in your registration email
  • in your confirmation email

If you don't even have your login and password, visit the page of the application form. You'll find a link that says "Forgot login?"

We would like to remind all our users that the deadline for the submission of the required documentation is January 31, 2013 (February 15 for Europeans). Users should be noticing that before that date they'll have to submit their application using the appropriate function on their on-line form.

Some FAQs (please also see here:)
1) My referees haven't submitted their reference yet: can I submit my application?
- Yes, you can, as your form and the reference form are on two separate systems but your references will have to be submitted before the deadline anyway.
2) My referees haven't received their invitation: what can I do?
- Ask them to check their spam box.
- Ask them to provide a working email address where you can send another invitation (there is no need to delete the previous unsuccessful one).
- Ask them to contact us and we'll manually forward the invitation link to them. But you'll have to have entered their email address in your "Reference Request" tab first!
3) I've recently taken an English test and the official certificate is not ready yet: can I upload a screenshot of my on-line result (from ETS web-site, for example)?
- Yes, it's enough for the moment.
4) I haven't got a valid passport yet: can I still apply? Yes, you can apply, but please upload another identification certificate for the moment, e.g. your national id card or your application for a passport. But remember that if you're selected, you'll be asked to send a copy of a valid passport in a couple of weeks' time!

We've recently launched a live support that lets our applicants and registered students chat with a member of the MathMods team in real time! When a member of the staff is online for chatting, a new window will be shown on the bottom right of our web pages. All you have to do is click on the Chat Bubble and type your question. But if no-one of us is online, you can still get support from us using our email contact form.
