New MathMods site online!

Sunday, 21 October 2012 00:00

After some months of hard work the new MathMods website is finally online!

We have added a few new features. Here is a list of the biggest ones:

  • A new elegant, more user friendly template
  • An interactive map showing the position of all our students, teaching and administrative staff
  • A better styled download manager section
  • A new Login module on the top-right of your screen
  • The FAQs are shown in a new elegant design
  • A new module to sign up for our newsletters
  • Mobile Ready: whether it'd be smartphones, iPhones or an iPad, the theme auto detects screen-sizes and adjusts page elements and layout to fit respectively.
  • Cross Browser Support: IE7+, Firefox 2+, Safari 3+, Chrome 8+, Opera 9+ and other Standards-Supporting Browsers.
  • And much more...

Enjoy the new features!

We are really pleased to inform all our users that today we have received formal notification from EACEA that the proposal we had submitted for the 2012 Erasmus Mundus Action 1 Joint Programme has been selected. This means that the Erasmus Mundus Master's Course MathMods will be funded for 5 more cycles by the European Commission!

Speaking of which, we would like to inform you that the applications for the new cycle will be re-opened next October. In this connection the MathMods website and the application form are going to undergo several revisions and changes so as to reflect the just-approved project proposal.
