MathMods :: Joint MSc

Application is open now. Deadline is 30 April 2020

Information for Admitted Students

For transparency's sake and with the aim to avoid misleading information among students about their rights and obligations while studying MathMods, we invite our selected applicants to take a look at a template of our "Student Agreement" before the course enrolment. In September enrolled students will then be required to sign a final official version of such contract with the MathMods coordinator.

An "Acceptance Letter Package" will be provided to all our selected students with practical information they need before their arrival at the first host institution, i.e. L'Aquila. The package will include an invitation letter, which will enable students to apply for a student visa. The letter states information regarding your admission to our programme and the programme itself, the awarded scholarship and the official list of its holders, the language of instruction, proof of accommodation, tuition fees and health insurance coverage. For more information about the visa application, read here.

Please note that the acceptance package can only be dispatched when the evaluation process is concluded and (as far as Erasmus Mundus scholarships are concerned) the EACEA has officially confirmed our selection lists. You will be contacted via email about this in due time by our team.

Depending on your country and the related embassy/consulate, acceptance letters will be either dispatched via courier or just via certified email service (called PEC in Italian).
