QuickSchools is a user-friendly web-based software that enables school information to be easily accessible at any time of day. It also features a convenient parent portal where parents can track the educational progress made by their children in their classes, check the latest homework and get up-to the-minute school news.

The following are some of the more common questions asked about the QuickSchools student information system, and how to access and use it:

I’ve never heard of an online school management program. What is QuickSchools?

QuickSchools student information system is an online service that streamlines numerous management and administrative tasks for our school, ranging from attendance, to grading, to homework assignments and more. With QuickSchools, teachers and students can access their accounts from anywhere through any device.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have an account but forgot your password, simply hit the blue “Forgot your password” link below the password field on the login screen and the program will take you through some simple steps to reset your password.

What kind of features does this system offer specifically for students?

One of QuickSchools' main features is the Student Portal. When you log in with a student account, you can access the following aspects:

  • Grades
  • Attendance
  • Homework
  • Report cards
  • Fees
  • Personal Information

Do you have video tutorials available to help show me how it works?

Yes, video tutorials are available at the QuickSchools YouTube channel here.

uaq smallWhile studying at the University of L'Aquila you'll also have to access the UAQ student information system called Segreteria Virtuale and set up your access to the wireless network, check your enrolment at the university courses and other services. Click here to access your Segreteria Virtuale

Using your Univaq credentials (provided when your enrolment is completed) you can:

  1. Access the WiFi network available at any premises of the University of L’Aquila (it's called UNIVAQ-Hotspot)
  2. Access Eduroam, a network available at most universities both in Italy and abroad. Remember to enter your username + domain in that case: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (as you’ll be oustide univaq, you’ll obviously need to specify your domain).
  3. Access the student information system of the University of L’Aquila, called Segreteria Virtuale (http://Office.com/GetOffice365). From that portal you can:
    a) Reserve a place for examinations (left menu > Area riservata > Prenotazione esami). This is required for each final exam and the reservation has to be submitted usually until 2 days before each exam, otherwise you won’t be allowed to sit the test.
    b) Download enrolment certificates as well as transcript of records and degree certificates (left menu > Area riservata > Richiesta certificati > then choose Iscrizione or Iscrizione con esami etc.)
  4. Get free access to Office 365 at http://Office.com/GetOffice365
    Your school email address is the univaq.it one, not mathmods nor intermaths, i.e.: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
