Here are a few stills from the party we threw on Thrusday, Sept. 11 to congratulate our 9 graduates on their successful completion of their Master's programme. The lunch party has also been an occasion to welcome our new 50 first-years to the MathMods programme.

MathMods Alumni Workshop & Meeting to start next Monday 14/7
MaMoW (Mathematical Modelling Workshop: MathMods & EMA Alumni Meeting 2014) is the first official meeting organised by our MathMods alumni. MaMoW will run from Monday 14 to Saturday 19 (July 2014) in the Math Department (D.I.S.I.M.) of the University of L'Aquila, which has coordinated the whole MathMods project since its beginning back in 2008.
The Workshop will consist of two parts:
- On 14 and 15 July the Alumni meeting will take place: students from different EMA courses will be gathering to discuss their common experiences in round table sessions, scientific camps and talks.
- From 16 to 18 July the Mathematical Modelling Workshop with mini-lectures, talks, contributions and poster sessions will be held with a focus on the many aspects of mathematical modelling.
Finally, on the last day (19 July), a social trip to some beautiful nearby villages (like Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio) will be organised.
